I first spotted this beautiful Fonteyn Midi Orinoco handbag in the Burlington Arcade window on the 12th of December and couldn’t get it out of my mind. There was something so effortlessly elegant about it, refined yet striking, so I went back the very next day and brought it home with me.
I carried it to Ascot on Friday, the 19th of December, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. I received so many lovely compliments! The silver croc finish catches the light beautifully and adds a touch of chic sophistication to any outfit. The soft pink suede lining adds even more luxury, such a thoughtful detail that makes it feel truly special every time I open it.
I hadn’t come across Lalage Beaumont before, but I’m so glad I stepped inside. The lovely lady in store mentioned their clothing line too, and after having a peek online, I already have my eye on a coat and jacket. The craftsmanship, attention to detail and timeless design have truly won me over.
