Should you wish to return any items from your online order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Christmas Returns
We are offering an extended returns period for all handbag purchases until 10th Jan 2025.
UK Returns
Please make your own arrangements to return the goods to us at:

All returns should include your name and address within the package and be sent by a service that requires a signature on receipt. Please retain proof of posting for your own protection and we recommend that you insure the return shipment, as you will be liable for loss or damage until the goods are back in our possession.
The returned goods must be received by us within 14 days after you received delivery in order to guarantee a refund. If for any reason you are unable to return the goods to us within this time frame, we may be able to accept returns at a later date, as long as we have been notified within 7 days, but this will be at our discretion. Outside this timing we are not able to offer refunds but may in some circumstances offer a credit note, which would be held on your account for up to 2 years.
We are only able to refund goods returned unworn and in their perfect, original condition, ideally in the original packaging. Returned goods for either exchange or refund that are damaged or soiled, cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and can only be made to the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase.
Please note that items that have been made specially for you, or that have been altered to fit, cannot be returned or refunded. Deposits paid for Special Orders cannot be refunded once the item has been put into work.

Returns from Outside the UK
For orders received from outside the UK:
Should you wish to return any items from your online order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving delivery and we will arrange collection of our order. If we are not advised that you wish to return the goods within 7 days or receipt, refunds will be at our discretion. Returns charges must be paid by the customer, which will be quoted upon arranging the return.
Please pack the goods you are returning carefully, using the original packaging wherever possible. We are only able to refund goods returned unworn or unused and in their perfect, original condition. Returned goods for either exchange or refund that are damaged or soiled, cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods and can only be made to the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase.

Exchanges
If you exchange an item or items purchased on-line through the lalagebeaumont.com website please let us know by email at info@lalagebeaumont.com as soon as possible and always within 7 days after you have received delivery of the goods. The returned goods must be received back by us within 14 days after you received delivery of the goods in order exchange the items.
