Delivery to the USA
All orders to the USA are sent by DHL Express and delivered within 2 business days.
Delivery is complimentary on orders over $500. Orders under $500 are charged at $25.
Duties and tariffs are included in the price, so there is nothing further to pay on arrival. State sales tax is calculated at checkout according to your delivery address.
Returns from the USA
If you would like to return an item from your online order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving delivery and we will arrange a collection.
US returns are charged at a flat rate of $25. Deducted from your refund, so there is nothing to pay upfront.
Please pack your item carefully, using the original packaging wherever possible. We can only refund items returned unworn or unused and in their perfect, original condition.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of us receiving your return, to the card used for the original purchase.
If we are not told within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return an item, refunds will be at our discretion.
Items made specially for you or altered to fit cannot be returned or refunded. Deposits paid for Special Orders cannot be refunded once the item has been put into work.
Exchanges
Exchanges are complimentary worldwide.
If you would like to exchange an item purchased online at lalagebeaumont.com, please let us know by email at info@lalagebeaumont.com as soon as possible and always within 7 days of receiving delivery. We will arrange collection at our cost and send your replacement free of charge. The returned goods must be received back by us within 14 days of delivery in order to exchange the items.
Please note that items made as Special Orders or altered to fit may not be exchanged.
